A comfortable first floor unit, that includes a new 54" smart TV, and a queen-sized futon for overnight guests. A workspace is available with designated wifi for each unit. Plenty of off street parking and close to public transportation or a quick walk in town. Owner lives on site, is responsive but not intrusive. Shared outside deck and back yard. Rent includes ALL utilities, high speed wifi, trash & snow removal. Smoking cigarettes, cigars, vaping or marijuana is not allowed on property or in any unit. Open flames are not allowed in any unit. The length of the lease may be adjusted with one month notice to the landlord. Less than one month will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. Rent is due on the first of every month. Prorated rent is offered at the discretion of the landlord and will be addressed on a case by case basis. A signed lease agreement, security deposit, cleaning fee and first month's rent must be received before a tenant can move into a unit. The duration of a lease may be long or short term and negotiable between the tenant and landlord, but cannot be less than on month. Tenants are not responsible for any maintenance or repairs other than to notify the landlord of any issues that need to be addressed.
