The Landlord uses the app Rentredi which can be downloaded and linked to your bank account for easy signing of documents, rental payments, and requests. Please note: Pets are not accepted at this property and there is also no fenced in yard. The application, which you will fill out online, is thorough and all questions need to be answered. If some important questions are left blank your application could be rejected and a different applicant could be approved. Applicants must make 3 times the rent amount through verified proof or documents of income (that is all income sources combined). The application fee is non-refundable and everyone over the age of 18 (including the co-signer) must pay the app fee and apply for the unit. Applicants with felonies and misdemeanors will most likely be denied. Applicants who do not have enough employment history or have large gaps where they went without employment, or have never rented or owned a home may or may not need a co-signer. If a co-signer is needed: A co-signer will have to qualify with all the rules the same as an applicant (app fee, application, screening will be done, employment history, rental history/home ownership, income must qualify). At this time, we cannot accept section 8 housing. A deposit must be paid equal to one month's rent before move-in. This home is alotted 2 parking spaces only(1 in front and 1 in back) Most state regulations require a max of 2 persons per bedroom, which is a good general rule of thumb. Rental insurance is encouraged for every rental unit and in some cities required. Turning in an application does not mean that the unit is being reserved for you. A different applicant could obtain the unit before you do and the app fee is non-refundable! If you have any questions or concerns, please call or text the landlord!
