Nice apartment on the second floor of a four family building. Bright and spacious, right now it's furnished and we can leave it this way. Living room has a nice historic sliding door and we use this room as a second bedroom. Both rooms have separate entrances to outside and would be perfect for two roommates.

Great location and a wonderful Shaw neighborhood. Walking distance to the botanical garden and tower grove park with multiple festivals, concerts, farmers market, food truck Fridays during the summer. Very walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants to try.
