The finished lower level offers a spacious, flexible living area that can serve as a home office, playroom, media room, or workout space. It also includes a second full bathroom, a semi-private flex nook, and the laundry area.

The Neighborhood
Located in Sunset Park, just about two blocks from the R train, grocery stores, and a neighborhood park. Industry City, Costco, cafes, restaurants, and local shops are all nearby.
One of the things we love about the neighborhood is the incredible variety of food, from Chinese and other Asian restaurants along 8th Avenue to Mexican and Latin American favorites around 5th Avenue.
A Few Practical Details
The apartment can come partially furnished, and we're flexible about furniture arrangements depending on your needs.
We're hoping to find long-term tenants who will enjoy and take good care of the home as much as we have. The minimum lease term is 18 months.
Standard screening includes credit history, income verification, and previous landlord references when available.
Exterior security cameras are installed on the property.
Please note that two separate rooms on the lower level, totaling approximately 200 sq. ft., are not included in the rental. These areas are excluded from the advertised 1,400 sq. ft. of living space.
Feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule a showing!
