Keep up with your health at the 2 fitness centers, aerobics room, resistance pool, heated spa,the 9 Har-Tru clay tennis courts, 8 pickleball courts, or their half basketball courts! They host a bunch of monthly events where anyone of any age could participate or just attend! Take a walk on their nature trails if you'd like to gather some peace and tranquility, especially with how well kept their bright green landscape is. If you need some equipment, they have a pro shop conveniently located inside the community so you wouldn't need to go far! But if you'd like to step out the community, River Strand is located in the middle of a bunch of major shopping stores and close to the interstate entrance. You have a faster commute to get to any other location, such as Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Ana maria beach, and so forth! When you return, you know you are returning to a safe, 24/7 guarded community.
