We have a newly updated two bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with hardwood floors. We currently took over management of the Honeywell Apartments and are in the process of refurbishing all the units. Apartment #211 has monthly rent of $650 per month plus $80 utility reimbursement fee per month for gas heat, water and sewer. Security deposit of $750 per month. Landlord pays garbage, mowing, and snow plowing. Tenant pays electric. Apartments available beginning May 15th, 2024. There is a coin laundry room in the basement. There is a storage unit for each apartment as well. We are currently renovating the exterior entries and hallways in addition to making updates to the outside landscaping. Cats are allowed with monthly pet fee of $25 per month per approved pet and additional deposits may be required. $35 Rental application and credit check required for each applicant over 18.
