This property offers spacious, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments that come with a garage. It also offers on-site laundry that is cheaper than the laundry mat in town, you are also allowed to have pets with ESA documentation or elderly are allowed 1 animal. Utilities are included in rent, and there is a security camera system in place to ensure the safety of you, and your property. This is a great community, with neighbors that are more like friends, everyone looks out for each other. Owner pays for all utilities (water, garbage, sewer, electricity, gas).
