Our condo has a queen bed AND a queen sleep sofa with a ROKU TV. The kitchen has granite countertops and all the necessary kitchen essentials (pots, pans, dishware, glassware, flatware, knives and other tools, etc.). The patio has a NEW full-size washer and a full-size dryer. There is a lot of storage, including a locked bike room.
$1,625/month rent is for an annual lease. Shorter-term leases are available. Contact me for monthly rent.
