Smart TVs are available in all rooms, and there's a shared bathroom with a tub. A laundry area with a washer and dryer, WiFi throughout, and a Keurig coffee station with complimentary K-Cups and welcome snacks are also provided. The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances and cooking basics. Pets are considered and require approval before check-in. The daily pet fee is an occupancy fee, not damage protection. For stays of 29 nights or more, the fee is $10 per pet, per night. For stays of 7-28 nights, the fee is $15 per pet, per night. For stays of 1-6 nights, the fee is $25 per pet, per night. Extended-stay cleaning costs apply: for stays of 40-60 nights, a mid-stay clean is required, and for stays over 60 nights, a deep clean replaces the standard checkout clean.
