Application & Screening: All prospective tenant(s) must submit an application and pass a background and credit check. Approval is subject to acceptable credit history, background screening results, income verification, and landlord approval.
Pets: Small to medium-sized dogs may be permitted only with prior written approval from the landlord and on a case-by-case basis. Approved pets require a $1,000 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Unauthorized pets are strictly prohibited.
Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
