The outdoor amenities include a propane BBQ, a fire pit, and a small putting green. Pool heating is available year-round for an additional fee. Pets are welcome for a $200 fee. Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, this home is directly across from the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive East with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance. Airport distances: Destin FL (VPS) - 17 miles, Panama City FL (ECP) - 48 miles, Pensacola FL (PNS) - 75 miles. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction! Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Student groups (under age 25) must notify us before booking as additional requirements apply. All student guests must sign a student agreement. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets; an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges.
