Nestled at the end of a private road, this cottage offers both lake and brook frontage, with a lovely sandy beach and dock just steps from the screened porch. Conveniently located within walking distance to a small convenience store. This cottage is only a few miles away from shops, restaurants, golf courses, and a grocery store, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. The beautiful sandy beach offers a safe, gradual entry into the water, and a swim float is shared with the neighboring Ronkoma Cottage. The property includes a gas grill, microwave, cable TV, internet access, fans, a picnic table, and a fire pit for cozy evenings by the lake. Please note that linens and towels are not provided, but are available for rent at our office. Guests are welcome to use the dock, which is suitable for tie-up, but not for mooring boats longer than 15 feet. Please bring your own drinking water as the water source is lake water. Parking is limited to two cars and two day guests only. Located on Sebago Lake, this cottage offers a prime location for enjoying the natural beauty of the area. With both lake and brook frontage, you can enjoy stunning open water views and the tranquility of a private road setting. The nearby convenience store is within walking distance, and the cottage is just a short drive from various shops, restaurants, and recreational activities. The cottage has an occupancy limit of five guests and does not allow pets. No fires are allowed on the beach, but guests can use the provided fire pit. There is no washer or dryer on the premises, but a laundromat is available at Sebago Lake Campground or in Windham. A coffee drip machine is available for your convenience.
