The home has four bedrooms upstairs and bunk beds in the game room, along with a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. This property is pet-friendly with a small fee and offers a dog wash station. A fee of $90 per dog is required prior to your stay, with a maximum of three dogs allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a fine of $400. Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums. You can walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. The fireplaces in the living room, primary bedroom, and office are decorative only and not intended for guest use. The pool cover is automatic and should not be moved manually. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. A private office is available with a desk and TV, providing a comfortable space for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
