Parking is available for two cars. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length. The location is superb, literally minutes away from the Monuments and Arlington Cemetery, close to downtown DC (10-minute drive) and DCA airport (15-minute drive), and close to iconic landmarks. Arlington is home to many national monuments and memorials and is the perfect jumping-off point for your Washington, D.C. area explorations. Arlington's neighborhoods are also home to countless special spots and experiences. Set out by foot, Metro, or bike for car-free fun in Arlington and the nation's capital. There is a security camera facing the front entrance that is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in and out of the listing. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
