Rent through the Seasons Rent is Monthly, with a Month to Month Agreement. Rent includes All Utilities, WiFi, New Smart Television. The Apartment comes fully stocked with dishes, bowls, silverware, cups, glasses, pots & pans, double hot plate or single, toaster oven, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, standard size refrigerator. Queen Bed, with indirect Lighting that is adjustable. Bath with walk-in shower. Each Apartment is for a single individual, because of the size of the entire complex and parking area. Qualified References, Valid State or Federal ID are required. Car if any has to be in running condition without damages, meaning a clean look. Must have Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Registration. Quiet Hours: 9:30pm to 10am. Quiet Hours are in place because of the various work hours and sleep other tenants have. And the fact 5 Apartments the floor plan is reversed, meaning the Bedroom window is right on the parking area. Using the Free Scheduled Laundry, Rule A, Only one tenant can use the laundry at a time. This is so there are no mix ups with clothing. Parking, is limited so each assigned parking space is exactly that.
