Tenants are entitled to the quiet enjoyment of their apartments from 10 PM to 8 AM. We also have an unusual lease provision that tenants who are violent, threatening or obscene to us or other tenants are subject to immediate eviction. So far we have had lovely tenants for the past 20 years.
We have a new lease provision that ovens are to be returned to us in clean condition at the end of the lease subject to a penalty provision. This is a newly renovated apartment so we would like to see your rental history with your inquiry.
