We have gutted the bathroom from ceiling to floor, everything is out! We are even replacing the sub floor! We will be modernizing and upgrading everything. New tile flooring,, new walls, new tub and faucets, new tile tub walls, new vanity & sink & fixtures, new lighting & fan.
We are installing new lighting throughout the unit., New doors on all rooms. The kitchen is getting new cabinets & counter top and new appliances. There is even way to much more to list! Our leasing requirements are as follows:
1).All adults intending on living in the residence must complete an application along with supplying us with a credit and background check no more than 90 days old.
2). Please know that all of our apartments are smoke, vaping and any other types of smoke producing products free. (Not allowed in apartments, buildings or grounds.)
3). We offer one and two year leases. If you lease for two (2) years we give you rent control for those two years. ( No rent increases).
4). We offer subsidised utility's with some units. Ask us and we will explain how that works.
5). We do NOT charge an application deposit.
6). Please NOTE: We do over the phone interviews with interested prospects and require a completed application prior to scheduling showings.
7). If you are accepted as one of our next residents, you will be required to pay the first months rent along with the security deposit at the time of lease signing. All payments must clear our institution prior to applicants receiving keys.
8). If you have a vehicle there is a monthly $45.00 dollar monthly private
parking fee for each vehicle.
