Neighbor occupants are quiet and respectful. House has a lot of old-times charm, shared back yard and laundry in the basement. The apartment has newer appliances and windows, hardwood floors and tall ceiling.
Rent does not include heat (gas) or electric. Up to two well behaved and cared-for cats are welcome.

Owner pays trash, water, sewer, and landscaping. Renter pays electric, gas, internet, phone, cable.
Pets require a clean bill of health, refundable deposit of $250 and monthly pet rent of $15 per month. Maximum of 2 cats.
Assigned parking off-street included in rent. Smoking is permitted outside only.
