Rental Requirements:
This property requires a 31-night minimum stay per HOA regulations. Rentals are typically by full calendar month (e.g., June 1 July 1) plus another day or two in order to get to a 31 day total. (Booking a 31-night stay removes the 11.5% Oceanside transient occupancy tax.) Two months preferred with $200/mo. discount for additional months - up to six. *Please reach out via email with any questions.
Rent for entire stay is due before check-in. Rent and security deposit vary depending on length of stay. Pricing varies by season and availability. Condo includes utilities*, streaming TV's and WIFI. (*Owner pays SDGE cap of $100/mo.)
