The home is just a short drive from Pensacola Beach and the following attractions: Gulf Breeze Zoo (4 min), Pensacola Beach Boardwalk and Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier (20 min), Downtown Pensacola (30 min), Naval Air Station Pensacola (45 min), Fort Pickens (44 min), Tiger Point Park (8 min), National Naval Aviation Museum (48 min), Gator Beach - The World's Greatest Alligator Park (53 min), The Boardwalk, Okaloosa Island (39 min), Sunset Children's Park Splash Pad (20 min), Naval Live Oaks Nature Preserve (16 min), The Graffiti Bridge (24 min), and Bayview Park (28 min). No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), and dirty dishes ($100). If additional guests are brought beyond original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
