It's conveniently located near local shops, restaurants, and outdoor amenities. Drive times to local attractions include Gulf Breeze Zoo (4 min), Pensacola Beach Boardwalk (20 min), Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier (20 min), Downtown Pensacola (30 min), Naval Air Station Pensacola (45 min), Fort Pickens (44 min), Tiger Point Park (8 min), National Naval Aviation Museum (48 min), Gator Beach - The World's Greatest Alligator Park (53 min), The Boardwalk, Okaloosa Island (39 min), Sunset Children's Park Splash Pad (20 min), Naval Live Oaks Nature Preserve (16 min), The Graffiti Bridge (24 min), and Bayview Park (28 min). No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), and dirty dishes ($100). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved) will result in a $75 fee per person. Guest is responsible for damages caused by their party.
