Rental Terms & Policies Inclusions & Requirements Monthly Cleaning: One cleaning per 30 days is required. Cleaning fee is included in the listed price (varies per property). Security Deposit: $500 per 30 days, capped at one month's rent. Utilities: Utilities, internet, and lawn care included (subject to a cap). Brokerage: All mid-term rentals are brokered by Sojourn Realty. Availability extends until the end of April. Lease Requirement All stays over 30 days require a signed lease brokered by Sojourn Realty. For insurance stay providers, leases are required for any length of stay. For all other guests, leases apply to stays of 90 days or more. Screening & Insurance Credit Check & Damage Insurance: Required for bookings of 30+ days. House Rules No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 fee will be charged for violations. No Parties or Events: Parties, large gatherings, or events are not allowed. A $500 fee will be charged for violations. Reservation Date Change Policy Within 60 days of check-in: Treated as a cancellation and subject to the standard cancellation policy. Guest must cancel and rebook (travel insurance may apply).
