Please be aware of potential noise from young children and a dog above during weekday mornings and evenings, and throughout the day on weekends. Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm. Any instance of smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances will result in immediate booking cancellation and a $250 fine for noise complaints requiring intervention. Smoking of any kind in or directly in front of the unit is prohibited and will result in a minimum $500 fine plus damages. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage within the first 4 hours of check-in; otherwise, they will be liable for repair and replacement costs. An additional fee of $25 per night applies for any guest exceeding the booked number. A late check-out fee of $50 per hour may apply. Guests are responsible for plumbing clogs caused by flushing inappropriate items. Please do not wear shoes in the house.
