The four bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located upstairs. Conveniently situated just 10 minutes from Fort Moore and 15 minutes from downtown Columbus, this home provides onsite laundry and off-street parking. Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Inside, you'll find the living room and fully equipped eat-in kitchen on the main floor. The living room features a full sofa bed, a futon, and a large Smart TV. The kitchen includes all essential cookware and dinnerware, along with two dining tables for meal times. Upstairs, the first bedroom features a queen and full bed, the second has a queen bed, the third room has two twin beds, and the final bedroom has a king bed. A grill is available for use out back. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood primarily consisting of current and retired military members and their families, this home offers a peaceful environment. However, a car or cab is necessary as there is no public transit in the neighborhood. Check-in is flexible as long as you arrive after 3:00 p.m. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, a $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and any evidence of pet hair on furniture or waste not cleaned up will incur additional cleaning costs. A $100 charge applies for excessive trash removal. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay.
