Located in a separate building from our main house, you'll enjoy privacy and your own private entry. Inside, discover a spacious walk-in closet and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The second-floor location floods the space with natural light through large windows, creating an airy ambiance. Open those windows, and let the refreshing ocean breeze fill the room. You will not need a car here! We are located west of 101, walking distance to the Encinitas train station, restaurants, shopping, and steps to the beach via the D street steps. Street Parking is available. WIFI and Utilities included. Minimum credit score of 750 required. No evictions. Employment confirmation required. Available for month of December, and anytime after March 5, 2026. Utilities included. 31-night minimum lease terms. We will check background, credit, and require a lease. Renter's Insurance required. No parties. We allow for up to two guests, who both must be on lease. Our space does not allow for pets and is not advisable for children. No smoking or vaping on the property.
