BOOKING PROCESS:
After your booking request was confirmed, kindly send us your email address so we can send you our rental agreement along with a secure link to complete ID verification and a standard background screening for each person staying. These steps must be completed within 18 hours of booking.
This process allows us to verify identity and ensure that basic rental criteria are met e.g., a history free of prior evictions or serious criminal offenses (all screenings are conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and applicable housing laws). It also gives you time to review the rental agreement in full. If you choose not to proceed, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.
