These steps must be completed within 18 hours of booking. This process allows us to verify identity and ensure that basic rental criteria are met e.g., a history free of prior evictions or serious criminal offenses (all screenings are conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and applicable housing laws).
