The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with updated appliances, ample counter space, and plenty of cupboards. You'll have everything you need for an easy meal prep, and the dining table is perfect for family dinners or casual meals. A dedicated work desk provides a functional space for getting tasks done, while the apartment's modern renovations ensure a clean, polished look throughout. Pets are welcome with a fee of $49 per pet per stay. If you have more than one pet, an extra fee of $49 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation. We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance. We're happy to deliver a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 and a Highchair for $40, both as a one-time fee. Nestled in South Austin's West Congress neighborhood, you'll have easy access to South Congress Avenue's iconic shops and eateries, Zilker Park, and the vibrant St. Elmo Public Market. Whether you're here for work, leisure, or a mix of both, this property offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your Austin adventure. This unit is located in a walk-up building and is only accessible by stairsthere is no elevator on-site. Maintain a considerate noise level at all times, and be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM daily. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited. Please check-out on time as late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Includes a laptop-friendly dedicated workstation and high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
