This unit is available now but I am open to working with anyone that has specific time requirements if it's the right fit. Newly renovated top unit of a duplex. This unique brick building unit is 800 sq/ft with 2 bed/ 1 bath and all new updates including central AC/ Heat, furnace, hot water heater, all appliances, kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, flooring, bathroom and shared laundry room but your own personal stackable washer/dryer. Landlord charges a flat even fee of $150/month to pay for ALL utilities which are power, sewer, water and trash. This doesn't cover all of it but helps cover some of that cost.
