In 15 minutes you can be in downtown Flagstaff or at Twin Arrows Casino; and in 3 minutes you can be on I-40. This is one of two houses located on the property. The star-filled sky at night is magical with all of the shooting stars and the immediate forest access means you can be on a forest trail in minutes! Owner pays for Water, Gas, and Electricity. Renter will need to secure a post office box for mail. Renter can connect to Direct TV for an additional monthly fee. Inclusion of monthly cost of utilities is based on 2-person occupancy. Utility cost will need to be adjusted for additional occupants. $350 non-refundable Cleaning Fee required. No pets.
