The wooden stairs to get up to the entrance (which is on the second floor) have rotted through. It’s clear that the decking is woefully under-maintained and potentially even dangerous. Inside the newly renovated bathroom is beautiful but the rest of the apartment - which doesn’t control its own heat - has been left to rot just like the deck. The yard is full of trash, like split open bags of cement and pieces of litter blown in over a long period of time.
