Located in an historic building in the heart of Bangor, the Loft has been fully renovated with a modern, minimalist vibe. Luxury bath, chef's kitchen, and massive windows that open to an expansive view of Main Street. The residential entrance is located on Merchants Plaza, steps away from the Bangor Transit Hub and the downtown parking garage.
The entire second floor comprises the Loft and is completely private. The building was originally built in the 1830's and is one of the few structures to survive the "Great Fire of 1911". Among other things, the building has served as dress shop and a sail cutting factory.
Water/sewer, natural gas (hot water), & normal trash removal are provided. Tenant responsible for electric (heating & cooling).
