I really loved the condo property and neighborhood. The exterior of the property is beautiful. The neighborhood is welcoming and quiet. It's also in a great location; about a half of mile to the shops and stores. The owner of the property is very professional, nice responds quickly. The only reason why I didn't accept the rental was due to needing more space. I highly recommend this property to a single renter. They would be extremely satisfied.

Very prompt, welcoming and nice. She gave a complete tour of the apartment and laundry room. She responds quickly to your calls and is available for your questions via calls or emails.

The property was a beautiful condo in a quiet neighborhood. The owner of the property was very friendly and available when you call. The rental price is very reasonable for the amount of square footage. I decided to move forward with another option only due to the size of the apartment. But I would highly recommend this rental.
