Pets are acceptable with approval by management company and requires a one time $300 deposit and $30 per pet in addition to the monthly rent. Security deposit is due upon signing of lease agreement, and first month (pro-rated) rent is due before move in. No section 8 applicants are accepted at this time. Home will be completely move-in ready at end of September, 2025. Property is managed privately and coordinated via RentRedi App platform.
