Our house is perfectly situated in a lively neighborhood where folks stop to talk on the street and walking/biking is the norm. We are just two blocks from West Main Street (by the Main Street Market), a 10 minute walk to the Downtown Mall, and a 15 minute walk to UVA and the Corner. Tonsler Park is just one block away. Walk to Amtrak and Greyhound. Right by the free trolley line. Fifeville is a diverse and friendly neighborhood.
Pets
We love animals and understand if you want to bring yours with you, but are also aware of the impact that animals have on a house. To help accommodate your pet we are willing to consider dogs for a $35/per month pet fee.

We have a washer and dryer which are included with the apartment rental.

All utilities are included with a $175 per month fee. This includes trash, water, sewer, gas, and electricity.

There is a great backyard with garden beds etc. It is not fenced.
