(d) bad credit issues like charge offs, bankruptcy & delinquent balances on credit history that some companies may have disqualified applicant from leasing a property in past and (e) income employment and rental history verification issues. If you have a service animal we will request an ESA letter or a Service Dog letter from your Physician that must be from a in State Doctor & no older than 1 year from date of letter. As a landlord, we have the right to ask the tenant for a Reasonable Accommodation Form which would be filled out by the mental health professional that wrote the letter for applicant to have a ESA.
