Offering a 2 bed, 1 bath partially furnished mobile home in need of repairs to a handyperson capable of plumbing (replacing fixtures), electrical (installing fixtures), mobile home deck work (repairing minor to mid range damage), flooring, paneling, and painting work. I was in the middle of upgrades when my health and finances took a turn. In return, you get a two year lease for $850.00 per month. I will need a $1,000 deposit. First month's rent will be due upon occupation. You must provide a detailed resume of experience. Most materials are on hand. For some portions, you may need to obtain additional materials. You will either be reimbursed or directed to reduce rent based on the cost. In some instances I may purchase the materials and have them drop shipped. You should plan on providing 20 hrs per month of work until completed. At this time, it will be more like camping (with cold water but also cold A/C) than living. However, the electrical work will make the place mostly habitable. Thanks for your time and response. Additional materials for most repairs are in house. Home sits on a large corner lot in a beautiful setting. Enjoy Amish goods from nearby neighbors. Hope to form a great relationship with a hard working renter. Preference will be given to a handy person who has a seasonal rental during the summer. Owner pays lot rent. Renter pays electric. Must work on the home at least 20 hours per month.
