Our building has an elevator and also has a secure, gated parking garage. All major appliances are in the apartment unit, and we also have a washer/dryer hook-up. If you don't own your own washer and dryer, we also have coin-operated laundry available on our top floor which is just a few steps away once you exit this unit. This unit also has a wood-burning fireplace. We have a wonderful courtyard within the building that can be used for small gatherings and outdoor BBQs with friends.
