Each building has its own kitchen, Wi-Fi, laundry and private entry. The Palm House (main house) has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is a two-story main house. La Casita (back cottage) has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is a two-story cottage. Enjoy the peaceful, expansive patio, surrounded by lush tropical plantings, an outdoor dining table with umbrella, and two comfortable seating areas. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and a spacious lawn and garden are also available. Concierge services are available on request, subject to availability. There are 3 to 4 on-site parking spots available, in addition to street parking. Baby gear is available on request. You are 8 minutes to Palm Beach Island & Downtown West Palm, 14 minutes to PBI Airport, and 8 minutes to Brightline. Events are allowed only with owner permission. The property is not childproof; children must be supervised. No pets are allowed, unless it's a service animal. There are ring cameras onsite for your security. One Ring doorbell cam is on the main house, facing the street. The other is a Ring camera attached to the corner of the house facing the street, driveway and side entrance.
