It's a short walk to the Short North District, the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and Nationwide Arena Stadium. Ohio State University campus and downtown Columbus are less than a mile away. You'll also find a Kroger Food Market less than a mile away, and easy access to major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is permitted outside. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet, per night, up to $600 per pet for the entire stay, with prior notification required. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
