Stroll along the white sands, enjoy the calm Gulf waters, or explore nearby parks and recreational areas. La Plage has a community rule that electric golf carts are not permitted on the property. Some shared areas may have maintenance from time to time. While the pool and spa are generally open, hours may vary for cleaning or maintenance. We regularly treat for pests, but occasional insects may appear due to the Florida climate. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
