    What's special

    Two large bedroomsNicely sized kitchen
Two large bedrooms with three full baths in this spacious Parkview apartment only a short walk to the Yellow and Green line (Georgia Ave/Petworth) and plenty of buses. Walk into a hallway that takes you a nicely sized kitchen with a washer and dryer in a dedicated closet. Off the kitchen in the front of the house is a living room with a dedicated full bathroom. Off the kitchen in the back is a very large bedroom with its own dedicated bathroom and an exit to the beautiful, shared patio space. Back towards the front door is a staircase with beautiful, exposed brick. Upstairs you will find another large bedroom with plenty of sunlight and its own dedicated full back. You can also access the shared patio space from upstairs. The entire place is freshly painted. The location is incredible. Along with the metro, you can walk to three grocery stores (Giant, Safeway, and Yes! Organic). Get breakfast at Call your Mother, Heat Da Spot or the Coupe. Two beer gardens (Midland's and Hook Hall), nice cocktails at Kuro's, a wine bar (St. Vincent), and a dive bar (Snappy's) are all close by. Any kind of food imaginable only a short walk away. Water and garbage is included. You'll be responsible for internet, electricity, and a (very small) gas bill. 12 year lease. One month's rent deposit I pay water and garbage. Leaser pays for electricity, a small gas bill, and internet. No smoking. A cat or small dog is fine. We can negotiate if you have multiple furry ones. The renter will be asked to change the HVAC filter every three months (which I'll provide you).
District law requires that a housing provider state that the housing provider will not refuse to rent a rental unit to a person because the person will provide the rental payment, in whole or in part, through a voucher for rental housing assistance provided by the District or federal government.
