Each bedroom has its own closet, premium new mattress, a designated working space with fast wifi. Living room has a 65 inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Kitchen features all brand new and modern appliances such as Bosch dishwasher, Induction stove, Ninja coffee maker, Instant Pot multifunctional air fryer or iRobot Roomba Vacuum.
Home is put at highest safety with Ring security system. The water irrigation is set up automatically for the front and back yards. A gardener will come every two weeks to mow the lawn at no charge.
Note: You are in Unit A of a duplex. You have access to the whole unit including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private backyard and a private garage. The two units only share the walkway from the street as shown in our front view photos.
Keypad (with your choice of code) is setup for your quick and convenient checkin.
The minimum length of stay is 30 nights.
The maximum occupants is 6 people.
Cats and Dogs less than 20lbs are allowed in the house. No extra pet fee.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Owner pay for all utilities at maximum $350/month. Our typical use is about $250/month.
