You will be given a code to the private dock, where you can launch one of the kayaks or the paddleboard on the property. There are free summer concerts on the lake for residents and guests only. Lake Oswego is an upscale suburb of Portland, popular with tourists. Immersed in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, it is a walkable home base with a huge selection of restaurants, shops, entertainment, stores, and parks. George Rogers Park, on the Willamette River, is across the street, where you can also launch watercraft. Portland has seen a decline in safety, with open drug use and criminal activity. Lake Oswego is the safest place to be in the Portland metro area. It is a protected city, with no tolerance for graffiti or vagrancy. I have lived in this complex for five years and have not seen any car break ins, and packages are always safely delivered to my doorstep. Guests have reported feeling safe walking around by themselves night or day. This is a ground floor end unit, 3-bedroom female-only rental. There is one guest room on either side of the foyer (the one pictured is currently available), both outfitted with workstations and a Smart TV, that share a full bath. The owner's suite is at the rear of the condo. The great room features a fully-appointed kitchen, wifi router, printer, with a wall of glass that looks out onto a Japanese garden with waterfall into pond.
