The University of Miami is approximately 2 miles away, Coral Gables is a short 10-minute drive, Coconut Grove is just under 15 minutes away, South Miami is only about 5 minutes away, Miami International Airport is conveniently located just 15 minutes away, and Downtown Miami is around 20 minutes away. Easy access to major highways such as US-1 and 836 Dolphin Expressway ensures quick travel throughout Miami and to beaches. The property is within reach of Metrorail stations and bus routes, facilitating convenient public transportation options across the city. Smoking is not allowed inside, as it may lead to a fine. Avoid excessive noise, as this home is located in a residential area. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. If you require a late check-out, please contact us 24 hours in advance; please note that this will incur an additional cost. Package deliveries (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Dont forget to turn off the air conditioning when leaving. The pool is cleaned twice a week, on Monday and Friday. The jacuzzi is not heated because it is an extension of the pool. Upon arrival, the apartment will receive basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day. Washcloths are not provided. Please feel at home and keep household items inside the house.
