There is no smoking inside the property. Pets are allowed but only if the breed is not aggressive. The house is located on 11 acres surrounded by agriculture. There are also 4 seasonal full service campsites on the property that are leased seasonally on an annual basis. We provide lawn mowing and there is a plow truck onsite for tenants to use for moving snow. Otherwise snowplowing is shared by the tenants. This is currently a 1 bedroom unit but we are in the process of creating a second bedroom.
