Both bedrooms are large enough to fit any size bed and most bedroom furniture. There are washer/dryer hook-ups in a nook in the hallway. The plowing and landscaping will be done by the owners. The rent is $2,100 plus utilities. Trash, water and septic are included in the rent. Tenant pays for all other utilities. The heat is three mini splits (also known as heat pumps), which are very cost efficient. The hot water is also electric. First and security ($2,100) are required. This is a non-smoking property! Absolutely no smoking, vaping or marijuana use at this property. One pet may be negotiable with an additional non-refundable pet deposit.
