Bathroom is fully remodeled with new tub/shower surround, floor, ceiling, pedestal sink, fixtures, ventilation, and lighting. Both bedrooms are a good size and each includes a generous sized closet. The stairs up from the first floor are within the unit and there is a large, low storage closet I call the Harry Potter room under the stairs.
Heat and hot water are included in rent. Electric is tenant's responsibility. Laundry is in the basement, One off-street parking spot included, though street parking is also plentiful and convenient. Building is hooked up with GoNetSpeed fiberoptic internet and service is available for a reasonable rate (well below cable).
