Relax with a 55" smart TV in the living room and take advantage of the 1st-floor laundry. While dogs are allowed with a pet fee, cats or any other pets are not accepted. Dogs must be kept off all furniture and beds, fully housebroken, and fully cleaned up after outside. Located in a well-established quiet neighborhood, you can walk to downtown in about 15 minutes or drive there in 3-5 minutes to enjoy a number of great restaurants, bars, shops, and a fantastic performing arts center. Lawrence University is also close, being just at the edge of downtown. Uber and Lyft are always available, and the city is easy to navigate by car. You will have the house completely to yourself, and we are just a text or phone call away if something should come up. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the home.
