Unit #1 The Haven is available from November 5th through April 2027. Enjoy a private entrance on the main floor with your own deck. The living room is cozy, equipped with a 50 Smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a large antique desk. The kitchen has a window seat and dining space for four, along with a Berkey water filter.
The master bedroom suite is bricked, and there's a small healing room with a massage table that converts into a twin bed. Two spacious bathrooms and a utility room with a washer, dryer, iron, and sink add convenience.
Parking in the garage is available upon request. For those with a furry friend, there's a doggie door leading to a fenced patio. Well-mannered dogs are welcome with a $150 fee per month.
Enjoy the flexibility of a monthly lease, with a minimum commitment of just thirty days.
All-Inclusive: Your monthly rent covers all utilities, including electricity, water, gas, and internet services, ensuring a hassle-free living experience.
Pet-Friendly: Well-mannered pets are welcome with prior approval. A nominal pet fee of $125 per month applies.
