High-speed internet/cable TV, plus all utilities + monthly cleaning service included. W/D in the unit and whole house water supply is filtered. We've lived in our neighborhood since 2003 and we are more than happy to help you get oriented and tell you about all the food/bar/shopping spots nearby. No smoking, no pets, owner covers all utilities, including TV/internet. We prefer a someone who wants to rent a furnished apartment. On street parking - DC parking permit needed.
