Potomac Metro Station is located around the corner from the property and the Eastern Market metro station is about 5 blocks away at the Eastern Market.

- If Tenant cancels mid stay they will owe the remainder of the lease.
- Tenant understands that package delivery is very unreliable in DC as packages will either get lost or stolen.
